My Orders

To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button under the item description. Items in your bag will not be processed until you complete and finalize the checkout process.

To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next the item you wish to delete from your shopping bag.

To view what is in your shopping bag at any time, click the “bag” icon in the top right-hand corner of your screen to view.

To purchase the items in your shopping bag, click on “checkout” to complete and finalize your purchase.

Your new items will then be shipped and on their way!

Once an order is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your order.  Then, once your order has shipped, you will then receive another confirmation email that your order has shipped.  From there, you can expect your order toarrive within 3-7 business days.

In addition to the above, we do
recommend downloading the SHOP App in the App store that is available for Android and IOS. In the SHOP APP you will get relevant and timely updates on
anything you purchase as well as real time shipping updates on your purchases.

Changes to an existing order can be made as long as the order is still in “processing” status. Please contact our team via email and we’ll make sure to apply the needed changes. If your order has already been shipped, we are then unable to apply any changes to it.

Once an order has been fully
processed and or shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Shipping

For Canada, USA and International orders we ship via Canada Post & UPS.

We do our very best to ship your order to you the next business day. However, if there is a stat holiday in place, orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days after placing the order.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Alberta Only: Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders $75+ within the province of Alberta. For orders under $75, a flat rate of $7.50 applies.
  • Orders within British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba: Free shipping for orders over $125. Orders under $125 incur a flat rate of $10.
  • Orders to other Canadian provinces: Free Shipping on orders over $125. Orders under $125 have a flat rate shipping fee of $15.

International Shipping: (USA only) - All orders over $125 USD (before taxes & duties) will ship for free. Any order to the USA under $125 USD will be charged a flat shipping fee of $15 USD.

Once shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and additional information regarding tracking your order.

Returns

Qualifying items may be returned at the cost of the customer for STORE CREDIT within 14 days of when your order was received. Making a return is easy. To start your return or exchange, simply click on our Start A Return link that is located at the bottom of this page. Or you can contact our Customer Concierge via email for all returns with the word "RETURN" along with your order number in the subject line.

Qualifying items may be returned at the cost of the customer for STORE CREDIT within 14 days of when your order was received. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed by Expressive Collective Co.

If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please visit our Resolution & Returns Center that is located at the bottom of this page to start your return. Or you can contact our Customer Concierge at customer-care@expressivecollectiveco.com so they can assist with your return.

*Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns.*

You will be notified via the email address associated with your purchase within 2 business days of your return's arrival at our Online Headquarters. All qualifiying returns will be emailed a store credit in the form of an Expressive Collective Co E-Gift Card that never expires to the email address associated with your purchase.

With so many new weekly arrivals, it is incredibly easy to find something new to fall in love with!

Sizing

We understand that online shopping can be tricky as fit can vary based on style and various
brand fit models.  Please reference the brand size chart when ordering to help ensure
a successful fit and purchase.

If you are still unsure about the measurments or need to know about the item including style, material or color, then please feel free to contact our Customer Concierge Stylist with the size and reference the item at
customer-care@expressivecollectiveco.com.

Measuring Tips - We measure each item from side seam to side seam on a hard, flat surface.  Please take into consideration
the style and the fabric content of each item as fabric may contain stretchy material that may give more than others.

Bust - Measure around the fullest part of your bust making sure the tape is parallel to the floor with a comfortable fit.

Waist - Measure around the narrowest part of your waist below your rib cage and above the hips making sure the tape
is parallel to the floor with a comfortable fit.

Hips - Measure around thewidest partof your hips below your waist and above your thighs making sure the tape is parallel to the floor with a comfortable fit.
